- Yes. Original technician was Thomas LaGrange and he reached out to me within a couple of hours of placing ticket, but I was unavailable at the time and he left a phone message for me to get back to him. Second technician Justin R was really courteous and helpful.

I was unavailable when original tech called me (Thomas) and then I was out of office for a day and tech left me an email asking me to contact him upon my return. Upon my return I attempted to call the original tech back but he was unavailable so FTI support connected me with second tech (Justin). I was pleased with how both how the original tech tried to contact me and with assistance the second tech provided.
