    • Yes. I worked with Kyle Northrup. He knew exactly what to do to troubleshoot reasons why my work laptop was not connecting to wifi. He even got creative and had my laptop connect to my cell phone hotspot, which makes sense that the trouble was not my laptop. Me not understanding this stuff, I had Charter/Spectrum come out to take a look. Ultimately, Kyle was correct. If it wasn't for my equipment here at home, Kyle would have had the issue resolved in way less than 15 minutes. BTW, Ely, the person answering phones is also very helpful, polite, and professional! Thanks FTI. You are ALL great!
