- This was an upgrade to a firewall that had waited far too long for its upgrade. FTI performed around 20 major reconfigurations in the process of moving through half a dozen releases that needed to be installed in order. I'm very happy I didn't need to do this myself and that it could happen in the middle of the night when it did not impact our business.
