    • I appreciated Teoni understanding the critical nature of our servers being down - no fault of FTI - a transformer blew in the neighborhood. Once power was restored Teoni took immediate action to reboot the servers and test to ensure they were back on-line. It is great to work with technicians who have their client's best interest.
