    1. Yes. - Facing a problem that had completely disabled my PC, and having a time-critical workload, I was very eager to get my problem solved. Matt was courteous and persistent in addressing the issue, and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of a recent Microsoft software update issue that turned out to be the core of my problem. Not only did he identify the issue, but he took the time to make sure the automatic update that caused it would not occur again.
